Use Billing Details to understand your team's financial expenditures on hosted·ai resources. Analyze GPU-as-a-Service costs, review pricing configurations, and examine resource policies to manage team spending effectively.
Manage Team Billing Information
Select Team
To view billing details for a specific team, select the team from the list. This action displays the team's current and past usage costs, enabling you to review cost breakdowns and assigned pricing.
Access Cost Details
To review cost details for a selected team, navigate to the "Billing" tab and then select the "Cost details" sub-tab. To examine GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) expenses, click on the GPUaaS option within cost details. This action displays the total cost associated with your team's GPUaaS usage.
View Assigned Pricing
To understand the pricing policies applied to a team, select the "Assigned pricing" tab within the "Billing" section. This action displays global pricing configurations and specific resource pricing defined within the team's policy, such as GPU subscription rates or storage rates. You can also view regional or GPUaaS pool-level pricing if configured.
View Assigned Resources
To examine resource allocation policies and consumption limits for a team, navigate to the "Assigned resources" tab within the "Billing" section. This action displays the resource policy assigned to the team, detailing what resources the team can consume and subscribe to. Review global resources, resources assigned at a regional level, or those specific to a resource group, along with any associated limitations.
Analyze GPUaaS Costs
Apply Billing Filters
To refine the display of GPUaaS billing usage, click the "Filters" button. Select a time zone, GPUaaS instance, and timeline (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly) to customize the data breakdown. You can also define a custom date range. Applying these filters updates the cost breakdown to reflect your selections.
View Daily GPUaaS Costs
After applying filters, the system presents a detailed breakdown of GPUaaS costs. Selecting a daily timeline shows accumulated costs for each day within your chosen date range. The total cost for the entire selected timeframe displays below this daily breakdown.
Examine GPUaaS Pool Usage
To gain insights into the usage of specific GPUaaS pools, select the "GPUaaS Pool" tab within the cost details. This view displays overall cost and usage data for individual GPUaaS pools. Select specific pools to monitor their contribution to total GPUaaS expenditure and understand their utilization patterns.
Configure Resource Pricing
Review Global Pricing
To review global pricing policies that apply across all regions for a team, navigate to the "Assigned pricing" tab. This section displays default rates for resources such as Ephemeral Storage, Subscription Rate, and Shared Storage. This allows you to understand baseline costs before any regional or pool-specific adjustments.
No Records Found?
If 'No record found' appears for global pricing, it indicates no custom global pricing is assigned to this team, not that pricing is absent.
Review GPUaaS Pool Pricing
To examine specific pricing configured for GPUaaS pools, locate the "GPUaaS Pool level" section within the "Assigned pricing" tab. This displays detailed pricing for GPU resources within a pool, such as vRAM, vGPU (measured in TFlops), and the general hourly subscription rate for the pool. This allows you to understand granular costs associated with GPUaaS pool utilization.
Define Resource Allocation Policies

To understand overarching resource limitations for a team, access the "Assigned resources" tab and review the "Global Resources" table. This section outlines default resource policies that apply universally, such as limits on Accelerator Pools, Shared Storage, and Ephemeral Storage. This allows you to see maximum allowances before any region or resource group-specific adjustments.
Check Region Resource Limits
To review resource limitations specific to a geographical region, navigate to the "Assigned resources" tab and examine the "Region level" section. This displays regional restrictions or allocations for resources like Accelerator Pools, Shared Storage, and Ephemeral Storage within a particular region. This allows you to understand how resource availability differs based on location.
Check Resource Group Limits
To inspect resource limitations at a granular level, access the "Assigned resources" tab and review the "Resource group level" section. This displays specific restrictions and allocations for resources within defined resource groups. This allows you to understand precise consumption limits applied to particular resource groupings for the team.
