Instance Statuses
View the status of your instances in the user panel.
Running
A "Running" instance is active and operational. Applications can actively use the allocated resources.
Deploying
A "Deploying" instance is being created or initialized. It is not yet operational, but it should be soon.
Stopped
A "Stopped" instance is shut down and not actively consuming resources.
Stopping
A "Stopping" instance is currently shutting down. It will soon transition to the "Stopped" status.
Starting
A "Starting" instance is powering on. It will transition to the "Running" status once ready.
Spawning
“Spawning” is a low-level system status indicating the instance is being created.
First, check the assigned Service Policy to ensure the service is included. If a service isn't in the assigned policy, it won't appear.
Next, verify that the Resource Policy has enough resources available by checking both access and maximum restrictions.
If the issue persists, ensure the Image Policy contains the appropriate images if the image is locked or incompatible.
Finally, if no misconfigurations are found in any Policy, consider the possibility of a lack of available resources on the clusters themselves.
