Overview

View key details and manage your instances, including resource usage, specifications, and recent activity.

Viewing Instance Details

Navigate to the Instances page in the User Panel. Select the instance you wish to view.

You will see an overview of the instance details.

The Instance Overview Section displays the Instance Status (e.g., active) and the Instance ID. This section provides a quick summary of the instance's current state. The overview also displays resource usage, instance details, and recent log items. The screen includes Navigation Tabs.

Resource Usage

The Resource Usage/Allocation Section displays the current resource allocation for the instance.

Instance Details

The Instance Details Section displays key information such as Instance Type and Workspace. This section allows you to quickly confirm the instance’s configuration.

Recent Log Items

The Recent Log Items Section displays a preview of recent log entries for the instance. Reviewing recent logs helps you identify and troubleshoot any issues. Click the View All Button to access the complete log history.

Managing Instances

You can manage your instance using the available buttons: Start, Stop andRestart, and More Options Menu. Click the Turn Off Button to stop the instance and save on costs when not in use. Click the Restart Button to reboot the instance if you encounter any problems. The 3 dotMore Options Menu provides additional management options.

Change Workspace

See steps 3 and 4 at Instances > Manage Instances > Change Workspace

Factory Reset

A factory reset will restore your instance to its original state, removing all data, configurations, and software added since the initial setup. This process is useful for troubleshooting persistent issues or preparing the instance for a new user.

Performing a factory reset removes all its data and configurations. Be sure you no longer need the instance contents before proceeding.

To perform a factory reset, choose the Factory Reset option click the Confirm Buttom to Proceed.

Delete Instance

Deleting an instance removes it from your account, including all its data and configurations. Be sure you no longer need the instance or its contents before proceeding.

  1. Choose Delete Instance from the dropdown menu.

  2. A confirmation dialog will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion. Click the Confirm Button to proceed, or Cancel Button to abort.

Once confirmed, the instance and its data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
