Support Scope Overview

What Hosted.ai Supports

We support everything directly related to Hosted.ai core products, including Infrastructure management, GPU virtualization solutions. Hosted.ai's mission is to deliver robust tools for your cloud environment, ensuring seamless operation.

Additionally we may, unless you ask us not to:

  • Setup Zabbix monitoring for your hosted.ai services

  • Apply updates to your hosted.ai services

  • Apply Operating System updates as applicable


What is Not Covered Under Standard Support

While we strive to assist with hosted.ai related issues, the following areas are not covered under standard support. In these cases, we may offer advice, documentation, or recommend external expertise:

  • Configuration of switches, routers, or firewalls.

  • Support for hardware

  • Troubleshooting or configuring individual instances or guest OS environments.

  • Installation or setup of third-party virtualization platforms.

  • Issues related to preview or beta features.

  • Known bugs and limitations within third-party technologies.

  • Coding custom monitoring, automation scripts or Ansible Playbooks.

General Guidance

Our team is focused on ensuring our platform’s core functions operate correctly. For issues related to UI or API operations, we provide troubleshooting, advice, and instructions. For unsupported areas, our team may where possible give guidance or guide you to external resources.
