Expose services running within a pod to external access points using a designated port range. Define service details in the Connection Info section to make your service accessible externally.
Expose a Service Port Externally
Initiate Service Port Exposure
To expose a service from your GPU instance to the external network, locate the "Add service port" button within the Connection Info section of the desired pod. Clicking this button opens a dialog to define the service's external exposure.
Define Service Details
Within the Add new service port dialog, define the details for your service. Enter a service name, specify the port to expose, and select whether the exposure uses TCP or UDP. Additionally, choose the service type as HTTP, HTTPS, or None to configure external access.
External Port Range
hosted.ai exposes services to the external network using the 20000 - 29999 port range.
Please assure this port range is accessible on your network.
Confirm Service Port Exposure
After defining all service details, confirm your selections by clicking the "Add service port" button within the dialog. This action exposes your service, making it accessible via the configured external port.
