To create an Instance Type Policy, follow below steps
1 Login to the User Panel using admin credentials provided by the hosted.ai.
2 Once logged in, click on the Policies tab on the left pane and then click on the Instance type policies icon as shown in below screenshot.
3 Then, click on the Create policy highlighed below.
4 Provide the Instance type policy name and click Next step.
5 Choose the instance types depending on the applications that would potentially used by the end customer(s) or teams to which this policy will be applied. Then click Next step.
6 Assign this new policy being created to the concerned teams. If no team was selected, still the policy can be created. Then click Finish.
Note: We can also assign the Instance Type Policy to a team while creating the team. To assign the policy to an already created team, click on the
7 Once the policy is created successfully, it should be visible in the list of Instance type policy (User Panel -> Policies -> Instance Type Policy).
8 To check if the new Instance type policy is visible within the assigned team, click on the Teams tab on the left pane and then click on the concerned team. Then click on the Accelerators tab as shown in below image. Finally click on the Subscribe to Pool icon. This opens a form named Subscribe to GPUaaS.
In the Subscribe to GPUaaS form, we can find the instance types assigned to the team on step 5.
